I was born in the Niagara Falls Memorial Hosptal , New York. When I was 16 years old I entered into the work force as a dishwasher at the Treadway Inn. I worked my way up to Banquet Manager. At that time I met the woman I knew I was going to marry. She and I managed an Italian restaurant close to Buffalo University.
From Niagara Falls we moved to Clearwater, Florida. I became Banquet Manager at the Clearwater Point Hilton. Having been in the hotel business for so many years we decided to try our hand at the gaming aspect. Las Vegas here we come !! We have now been in the Las Vegas area for 30 years. During which time we have added to our family 1 son , 3 daughters and 1 granddaughter.
I was a dice dealer and then established the largest wholesale fire wood and chimney sweep business in the area to that date.
The fact that the warm winter of '83,caused our fire wood business to "burn out" turned out to be a blessing in disguise. After we purchased and sold our first home I realized that Real Estate could be my nitch. I decided to enter Real Estate school . After receiving my Real Estate license I continued my education and received my G.R.I. ,Graduate Real Estate Institute degree, and my C.R.S. ,Certified Residential Specialist degree. I then attended Community College and received the credits necessary for my brokers license.
In 1990, I became the broker/owner of my own office, Remax Eagles View. After eight years I sold my office to spend more time with my Family.I continued to list and sell Real Estate till 2003.With my chrildren all grown in in Colledge we thought it was time once again to open up a new Real Estate office."Black Mountain Realty" opened its doors in February of 2003.Our office is 100% on the cutting edge and will continue to be there.
I feel that for every one there is a business where they can excel. Real Estate is mine and I am blessed to have found it. Every home deserves a family.
